If you could shop at Lord & Taylor's for the same budget as Target, of course you would. The landscaping industry is basically priced similarly no matter what the value, making it difficult for the shopper to determine what is the best value. Homeowners feel forced to shop based upon price alone, since all landscaping looks and feels similar. Many landscapes are installed that are not the best quality available, but the homeowner unwittingly pays the same price, not knowing any differently.
